Sometimes being motivated to push yourself out of your comfort zone is what you like or maybe what you need. I offer different types of group boot camp classes. The primary equipment of choice is the TRX suspension trainer. The TRX is a set of straps anchored from the ceiling that challenges you to use your body weight for resistance training exercises. In some classes, I mix the principles of Pilates into the workout to add an element of challenge.
