Pre and Post – Rehabilitation programs

I can help prepare your body for an upcoming surgery and work with you post surgery to aid your recovery to meet the demands of daily life activities and sport.

Injury management

There is no need to put your exercise goals on hold when injured.  My years of experience and additional training allow me to modify programs and work with injuries.  There are many variations I can offer to help you stay fit while you heal healing.

Chronic Illness programs

Exercise has been proven to help with numerous chronic health conditions.  I work with many individuals who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, stroke, diabetes, chronic fatigue, cancer, scoliosis, depression and more. These programs take care, patience and understanding.  I also work with clients who have injuries by implementing modifications and by teaching  and adding rehabilitation exercises to the program. It is important to keep your body moving and I can guide you in a safe and respectful manner with the appropriate challenge to improve your fitness.

Program design, fitness testing, static and dynamic postural analysis, nutrition guidelines, and introduction to Pilates are all services included in your Personal Fitness Training and Semi-Private Training Packages.
