Personal training is a program which includes a detailed evaluation of your health and fitness, and which leads to the design of an individual program to suit your needs and meet your goals. Sessions are offered in one hour or thirty minute lengths. During the free consultation we determine together how many sessions you will need and what would be the best length of session.
12 week “Simply Get Fit” program
This is a 12-week program designed to help encourage you to change your lifestyle so you can lose weight, integrate fitness into your busy schedule and learn about your nutrition and how it affects your health and well being. The Simply Get Fit program consists of 3 training sessions a week along with a 12-week comprehensive meal plan.
Personal Fitness Training
Your personalized program will be designed with your specific lifestyle and/or athletic goals in mind. Our goal together is to help you balance an enjoyable, results orientated exercise program with the challenges of life. Most programs include cardiovascular, resistance, flexibility, Pilates and core (abdominal) training.
Semi-private Fitness Training
Sometimes exercising is more fun when you are with a friend or partner. I will design a program for both parties that is challenging and fun
A comprehensive periodized training program for competitive athletes designed for optimum athletic performance. I also design running, cycling and triathlon programs for the weekend warrior athlete.
Program design, fitness testing, static and dynamic postural analysis, nutrition guidelines, and introduction to Pilates are all services included in your Personal Fitness Training and Semi-Private Training Packages.
