Simply Fit in 8 weeks!

This program is a designed by Heather and loaded onto The Simply Fit with Heather fitness app. The goal of the program is to motivate and help you organize your health habits, fitness plan and nutrition choices. It is a step by step 8 week accountability and tracking program to guide you to focus on your health and fitness. Sometimes we need extra guidance and a plan to follow, with a personal touch.

How does it work?

Since this is an individualized program geared towards your specific needs, Heather will be connecting with you personally. When you click purchase, you will be prompted to enter your personal information. You will be emailed the link for the app. You can get started right away! Heather will contact personally to set up an assessment. This will take 60 minutes and it is comprised of a series of movement patterns to see how well you body moves and assess if you have any pain or limitations.The assessment can be done in person, or online. Once Heather has gathered all of the required information, she will being building your fitness program and loading it onto the fitness app. There will be a lot of communication to ensure you understand the program and that you are staying motivated to do your workouts.

You will be provided with 8 weeks of meal plans and a shopping list.

Will have access to 6 prerecorded Pilates classes.

Heather will check in once a week to review the habit of the week, ensure you have scheduled your workouts and have made your nutrition plan.

There is an in app messaging system to connect with Heather if you have questions or comments. The length of the program is 8 weeks. You track your workouts on a calendar so there is a record of how often you exercise and how much effort you put into the workout.

 

Heather can address most fitness needs.

This is the program for you:

  1. if you are already active, healthy and need more guidance

  2. it’s for people that have a chronic illness or injury and need empathy and modifications

  3. if you want a specific type of workout routine like TRX, Pilates, stretching, cycling, running, resistance training

  4. have all sorts of equipment, or no equipment

  5. if you just need something to follow and one less thing to think about

  6. you prefer to workout individually, on your own and don’t need a weekly personal or online face to face appointment with Heather

Once you purchase the program, you will be sent an email with a link to connect to the Simply Fit with Heather app. You will have an option to book a free consultation with Heather to discuss the program. You can book this consultation before purchase if you choose. Once you download the app to your phone or tablet, your program will be loaded and you will be good to start. If you have any questions, Heather is available through the app with the in app messaging system. Or you can always email or call.

Fees

$149/month for a 2 month commitment

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You decide how long you need to be motivated for. One month, 3 months, a year, indefinite? Payment is processed once a month and you can cancel at any time. There are no partial payments and or refunds.
