Consultations can be done either in person, on the phone or virtually using Zoom, Google Meet or Face Time.
Talking or emailing Heather, seeing the studio and equipment and discussing your goals is free. During this initial meeting we decide together what your fitness path should look like based on your health history and current health status. We determine what type of exercise would be best; resistance training, cardio, Pilates, TRX, boot camp style or circuit style, the length of session, 30 minutes or 60 minutes (or a combination), how many sessions a week we would meet, and if you would like to sign up for online training in addition to in person sessions. I will also explain what the different equipment options are; Pilates Reformer, TRX suspension straps, cable machine, traditional dumbbells and cardio machines. From there, our fitness relationship starts!
If you don’t live in the Guelph area and would still like to work with me, I have an option for that! I offer online personal training, a program can be tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Contact me if you are not sure where to start, I can help!
