Simply Fit with Heather Policies
payment POLICIES:
Personal training payment is billed on a monthly basis. Payment is required before commencement of sessions. You will be billed for the sessions that you have scheduled for the upcoming month. All sessions payments are plus HST. Refunds are available up to 7 days after the first session. After 7 days, unused sessions can be transferred to a new client for a $40 administration fee. 30 days notice would be appreciated when terminating personal training sessions.
Online personal training is payable directly through the Simply Fit with Heather app by adding a credit card for payment. The Simply Get Fit program and Simply Get Started are paid upfront and you have 7 days after this payment to cancel. After that, there are no refunds. The Monthly Motivation program is a recurring payment payable upfront, after the first initial payment, you have 7 days to cancel for that month. After that, you cancel your recurring payment at the end of the month at anytime. No partial payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Simply Fit with Heather follows the standard 24 hour cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. Notice is to be provided by email. If 24 hours notice isn’t provided, you will be charged the session rate.
30 days notice would be appreciated when terminating personal training sessions or online training packages.
