Whether you are injury free and looking for a good tough workout or if you are dealing with aches and pains, I can help you with your fitness journey!

This a personalized committed program designed to help encourage you to look at your current lifestyle, health status and fitness goals. We would meet at a minimum once a week, either in person or virtually. Sessions can be either 60 minutes or 30 minutes in length.

The Simply Get Fit program always start with a detailed evaluation of your health and fitness, which leads to the design of an individual program to suit your needs and meet your goals.  During the free consultation we determine together what is a realistic amount you can exercise. Life is full of surprises, your fitness shouldn’t be one of them, let me help you make your fitness routine easy to follow and effective. I will always use my kinesiology skills when assessing, designing and implementing your program.

Your personal training sessions are personal to you. A time is booked for your session, we meet in studio or we connect virtually via Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet, and then I will instruct and challenge you through your workout.

Pilates

The Simply Get Fit program can be specifically geared to the Pilates method of training. I will design a specific Pilates program based on your posture, muscle strengths, weakness and flexibility. Personal Pilates training is a highly effective way to improve your core strength, stability and posture. In most cases I use the Pilates Reformer as the primary equipment of choice. This type of focused training is great for everyone including individuals recovering from an injury and athletes training for competition.

Semi-Private

Sometimes exercising is more fun when you are with a friend or partner! Using all of the principles listed, I will design a workout program that you can do together either in studio or virtually.

Injury?

There is no need to put your exercise goals on hold when injured.  My years of experience and additional training allow me to modify programs and work with injuries. This is done by implementing modifications and by teaching and adding rehabilitation exercises to the program.  The goal is to help to continue to exercise while you are healing.

Chronic Illness?

Exercise has been proven to help with numerous chronic health conditions.  I work with many individuals who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, stroke, diabetes, chronic fatigue, cancer, scoliosis, anxiety, depression and more. These programs take care, patience and understanding. It is important to keep your body moving and I can guide you in a safe and respectful manner with the appropriate challenges to improve your fitness.

Fees

Assessment (60 Minutes) and Program design $105 plus HST

60 minute sessions $66 plus HST (first session is an assessment) 

30 minute sessions $37 plus HST (first session needs to be one hour and is an assessment)

Semi- private sessions - 2nd person is half price (both parties require a 60 min assessment)

Fitness app to view and track workouts $25/month plus HST
